My story

Food plays a crucial role in shaping the right atmosphere and bringing people together.  Unfortunately, too often at events, I see catering tucked away in a corner as something to be quickly finished before the main program resumes. This always felt like a missed opportunity.

I believe that catering should be a centerpiece that both entertains and connects. This vision led to the creation of Taste of Emilia. By turning catering into an interactive experience, guests are given a reason to connect as the energy of the room comes to life.

Why the name'Taste of Emilia'?

The name honors the rich culinary heritage of the Emilia Romagna region in Northern Italy. While traveling through this area, the inspiration came from more than just the flavors. What resonated most was the deep passion for tradition and the effortless, warm hospitality found there. Taste of Emilia is a promise to bring that Italian quality and the art of shared enjoyment to the Netherlands. Ultimately, it is not just about what is served on the board; it is about the connections made and the memories created around the table.
